Important information regarding Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield ID Cards - Please click here - (10/27/2021)

On or around December 20th of this year, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield will be mailing out new ID cards to all active and early retiree members.  These new cards are being supplied in order to meet the new NYS mandate. (Specific wording required on the back). 

The Group Number and ID will remain the same as your current card so you can use them as soon as they are received.
