Please be advised that all tax forms from the Steamfitters’ Industry Fund Office were mailed on January 29, 2024 If you have questions regarding your tax form please contact the Fund Office at 212-465-8888 option 9.

IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS,

The IRS no longer requires 1095B forms to be mailed to all participants. If any participant would like to still receive one, please contact our office by the following means and one will be sent to you.
